Main causes of tyre punctures in electric scooters
Sharp objects: Abrasive road debris or sharp objects can easily puncture the tyre, causing penetration punctures.
Potholes or curbs: Hitting the jagged edge of a curb or a pothole can lead to pinching punctures, flattening the tyre as it pinches the inner tube against the rim.
Wrong tyre pressure: incorrect tyre pressure, either under-inflated or over inflated, increases the likelyhood of punctures.
